Delivery
We try to send your order within 24 hours (1 working day). Delivery will usually take between 1 and 4 days. If it hasn't arrived after that time, call us so we can track it down for you. Delivery of 50 litres or lower orders will probably be to your door, including rural delivery addresses. However, delivery of larger orders will be to the nearby freight depot or drop-off point we will arrange with you when you place your order.
Delivery is free within most parts of New Zealand on most courier orders as long as you spend a minimum of $195.50 ($170.00+GST). Otherwise, a small delivery cost is charged. In most cases, the token freight charged is much less than the actual cost, especially to rural addresses. In case of larger orders that must be sent by a trucking company, freight charges may apply mainly to the South Island.
Sorry, but we can not offer free delivery to any offshore islands including, but not limited to, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, etc.
Returns
Unless we have delivered the wrong product it is difficult for us to accept returns due to the nature of the product. If you change your mind and the product has not been opened we may be able to let you return the product and of course, if we send the wrong product we will arrange to get this swapped over for you as long as it hasn't been opened.
Product quality is tightly controlled due to the legislation around registered ACVM products such as growth promoters so it is very unlikely that there will be quality issues. Still, if you think there is then give us a call and discuss and, if appropriate, we can arrange to have the product, together with the retention samples from the same batch tested.
