Terms and Conditions for online purchases from Gibb-Gro Ltd
Existing Trading Account Customers
If you are an existing customer that has a trading account with Gibb-Gro we place your invoice on the carton or bag with the product or email a copy of the invoice.
Payment is due 20th of the month following for approved accounts, and you can send a cheque or pay using a direct payment to our a/c 12-3476-0027106-00. The bank account number is also on both your invoice and statement. We post or email statements out in the first week of each month.
Generally for new customers, we would ask that you make payment when placing your order online. If you meet the requirements for a trading account then give us a call and we can discuss this with you.
We try to send your order within 24 hours (1 working day). Delivery will usually take between 1 and 4 days. If it hasn't arrived after that time, call us so we can track it down for you. Delivery of orders of 50 kg, litres or less will probably be to your door, including rural delivery addresses. However, delivery of larger orders will be to the nearby freight depot or drop-off point we will arrange with you when you place your order
Unless we have delivered the wrong product it is difficult for us to accept returns due to the nature of the product. If you change your mind and the product has not been opened we may be able to let you return the product and of course if we send the wrong product we will arrange to get this swapped over for your as long as it hasn't been opened.
Product quality is tightly controlled due to the legislation around registered ACVM products such as growth promoters so it is very unlikely that there will be quality issues but if you think there is then give us a call and discuss and, if appropriate, we can arrange to have the product, together with the retention samples from the same batch tested.
We guarantee the specification of the products we supply but in the event that you think there is a problem then please give us a call and discuss. We will meet all the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act (if applicable) and we will do our best to solve your problem. We want you as a customer in 20 years' time.
As we have no control over the usage of our products and there are so many other variables involved we offer no performance guarantees on any agrichemicals. Please ensure you read and adhere to the instructions and advice on the label, and if applicable the leaflet supplied with the product
